Custom Size Filters are Priced and based upon the size in square inches. Below is a diagram on how to measure the size of the filter. PLEASE NOTE: The size written on the side of the filter is not the exact size. We need the EXACT SIZE to assure the filter will be made to your dimensions.
"A" = Width "B" = Length
A x B = Filter in square inches
Above Example would be
16.25" * 25" = 406.25" (Square Inches) - which is "F" Category.
If the size in square inches is:
- Between 0 and 149 - the last digit should be "A" Category
- Between 150 and 199 - the last digit should be "B" Category
- Between 200 and 249 - the last digit should be "C" Category
- Between 250 and 299 - the last digit should be "D" Category

Our "Z-Line Series MR-13 Environmentally Friendly" pleated filters features the latest in media technology to achieve MERV 13 while maintaining low pressure drop and good service life. The filter is optimized for LEED compliance in new and existing buildings as well as providing a cost-effective upgrade from the lower efficiency pleated filters for a variety of commercial and industrial applications. The MR-13 filtration media incorporates 100% synthetic fibers which are electro-statically charged, thermally bonded and are manufactured in an engineered gradient structure. The thermally-bonded fibers do not absorb moisture and will not support microbial growth. The engineered grading structure media supports high dust holding capacity and long filter service life.
